Step 2
We will send you an EBR document pack containing:

  • • The lease – 12 month lease with one month break clause
  • • EBR contract – An agreement to pay EBR Solutions Ltd.
  • • Standing order documents – to ensure timely payment
  • • Statutory declaration – signed and dated re. Landlord and Tenant Act 1954

Step 3
Sign the documents and return to EBR Solutions. From this point forward,
you are no longer liable for the business rates

Step 4
We inform the local billing authority and begin marketing the property
